Mixer Grinder is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase against any defects arising due to faulty workmanship or material in manufacturing of this product.
The guarantee automatically stands cancelled if its is opened or tempered by unauthorized person. The guarantee is invalid if the product is misused in any way or not handled in accordance with the operating instructions issued by the company or damages arise in transit.
Procedure for claiming the guarantee. The guarantee card must be complete in all respects. All claims under this guarantee should be made to the authorized dealers/distributors.
For Pressure Cooker :
The Pressure Cooker/Pressure Pan with lid is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 5 years from the date of purchase and will, during this period ,be replaced or repaired, free of charge. If there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to the following terms & conditions.
the Pressure Cooker / Pressure Pan with lid is used property in accordance with the instructions as given.
The guarantee does not cover any Pressure Cooker / Pressure Pan with Lid attended by others excepting our Authorized Service Centers.
3. Replacement of spares such as Gasket , Metallic Safety Valve , Handles, Screws , Flame Guard , Weight Valve and Vent Tube & Nut are not covered in this guarantee as these parts require periodic renewal.
For Non stick Cookware :
Non-Stick Coating is scratch resistant and not scratch proof. The guarantee stands for manufacturing defects and faulty coating. However, the instructions, issued have to be followed. The guarantee does not cover breakage, or damage of the cookware or any part there of on account of misuse, negligence or accident on part of customer.
In guarantee related matters, the decision of the manufacturer will be final and binding on the customer. No claim will be entertained if guarantee card is incomplete.
